Chief Pontiac is a 19 and under American Legion baseball team with players from all around the North Oakland County area and has a long and rich tradition with teams dating back to 1960. Chief Pontiac has captured numerous District and Zone championships and 2 American Legion State Championships.
American Legion Baseball is the oldest and largest, nationwide teenage baseball program in America. This organization has had over 10 million players since the start in 1925. An average of 52 percent of Major League Baseball players have played Legion ball, while nearly 80 percent of all college players have played Legion baseball.
2023 outfield sign sponsorship

2023 outfield sponsorship signs are now available. A large 6′ by 4′ sign will be placed at Shufer Burns Memorial Field in Clarkston, MI the home of Chief Pontiac Baseball Club. Shufer Burms field is also the site of many American Legion tournaments, American Legion district, zone, and state playoff games. The field is in use daily throughout the summer and your sign will be seen by thousands of visitors over the course of the summer.
